Ten'ou Haruka
She is the charismatic warrior with a tomboyish lifestyle of driving cars and motorcycles who immediately attracted the attention of the five inner senshi when they first arrived.Her charm also came with a strong pride, almost to the level of arrogance. She believed that the outer senshi were so beyond the inner senshi that the inner senshi were only impediments to her mission. Her stubbornness stretched so far that even after Sailor Moon had defeated the Death Busters, she still believed that Usagi was not fit to be queen. It was not until she personally tasted the future queen's power did she back down on her position.
One of the primary reasons why she was at odds with Usagi was because of a sharp contrast in belief. Usagi believed that there is always a solution without human sacrifice while Haruka believed that some human sacrifice is inevitable to accomplish her mission. Even though she accepted Sailor Moon to be more powerful, I do believe she changed her view regarding the need for human sacrifice.
