The central character of the story, 15 year-old Kasuga Kyoske is your average (sometimes below) every day Japanese high school kid. What keeps this story from being just an ordinary love story is that Kyousuke (and his family) has ESP capability. Kyousuke is openly dating Hiyami Hikaru and at the same time secretly in love with Ayukawa Madoka. Most of the story focuses on his internal conflict on deciding whom he ultimately wants to be with.
About Izumi Matsumoto
Izumi loved going to the beaches and swimming in the ocean. That was naturally reflected in many scenes of the story.

Izumi didn't remember when he moved into the bright lights and big city of Tokyo from a small town. Like the recalcitrant Madoka, he rashly decided to write his own manga without thinking much about Tokyo's living expenses. There he expressed what he understood about a woman's heart through the story's romance. What he didn't know, he simply made it up.
