Administrative Trainee

Job Duty

  • Perform daily office administration support
  • Overall maintenance of desktops, servers and equipments of all Business Units
  • Maintain web site information
  • Provide daily support to users of Windows PCs and Business Applications
  • System backup operation and LAN/WAN administration
  • Provide troubleshooting and solutions to the problems on systems, network, software and hardware
  • Daily network operations in terms of communication, hardware & peripherals and applications

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with computer propensity
  • Good IT knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
  • Familiar in using MS Access
  • Networking / Server knowledge would be a plus
  • Willingness to perform non-IT related job duties
