It was love at first site between him and Bulma. The two of them became a couple for many years. However, Bulma ended up with Vegeta instead.Although he was a formidable competitor in the first Budokai, Like Kuririn, his importance was overshadowed by a Super Saiyajin dominated environment throughout Dragon Ball Z.
